Pricing

OpenSense has a single self-serve tier today. Two more tiers ship after the Slovakia pilot stabilises (target: Q3 2026). Prices are inclusive of VAT in the EU.

Solo · €29 / month / site

The only tier you can sign up for today.

• Up to 20 devices per site.
• Up to 60 sensor channels per site.
• 13 months of raw measurements, 5 years of 1-hour rollups.
• Unlimited PDF reports.
• Unlimited Telegram and email alerts.
• One outbound webhook per site.
• Magic-link auth, single email per account.

Volume rules:

• The first site is the base subscription. Additional sites on the same account are €19 / month each (≈34 % off). This is to make multi-site cafés and small chains economic.
• Above 20 devices per site, contact us — pricing stays linear but we ask to understand the use case before scaling above a small-operation budget.

Team · €79 / month / site (Q3 2026)

When teamwork ships:

• Everything in Solo.
• Named user accounts with roles (Owner / Manager / Operator / Auditor).
• Per-role read/write scope: an Operator can acknowledge an alarm but cannot edit the rule that triggered it.
• Audit-log export to S3 / object storage of your choice (the audit trail is also visible inside the app at the Solo tier — only the export is gated).
• 24-month raw retention.

Enterprise · custom (2026)

Reserved for >10 sites, regulator-facing reports beyond the five built-in vertical templates, custom integrations (POS-system temperature labelling, ERP push, BMS bridge).

What is not an upcharge

We do not believe in nickel-and-diming the parts of the product that should be table-stakes.

• ::: chip-ok :::pdf reports::: — unlimited at every tier; do not save your PDFs, regenerate them.

• ::: chip-ok :::api::: — the same HTTP / MQTT ingest is available at every tier. We do not gate "the actual product".

Billing

• Card or SEPA via Stripe.
• Monthly. Annual is a 10 % discount, on request.
• VAT handled by Stripe Tax. EU customers get reverse-charge invoices when they provide a valid VAT ID.
• Cancellation is one-click in the account screen. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then irreversibly deleted.

Free trial

14 days, full Solo tier, no card up front. After the trial expires the account is paused (devices stop emitting, the dashboard goes read-only) for 30 days, then deleted.
